Buffalo Plains Manhattan

Ingredients

1.5 OZ Bison & Applewood Bacon Washed Bourbon
.75 OZ Black Peppercorn Infused Sweet Vermouth
.25 OZ St. Germain
.25 OZ Crème De Cacao
Dash of Mole Bitters
Garnish with a flamed orange peel

Method

Stir the cocktail in a mixing glass and fine strain into a rocks glass over a large, slow melting ice ball. Pinch an orange peel over an open flame and rim the glass.
